Join us for a fantastic walking tour exploring the heritage of the City west of the “lost” River Fleet, led by City Guide Sally Horton.

Once full of market gardens, orchards, vineyards and pastureland, the area
west of the Fleet River valley in the City of London teems with characters
from the past thousand years. Our tour takes us through the back streets
and alleyways to meet bishops, royalty and courtiers, a prime minister, a
lexicographer, a talking cat, Dickens’ vagabonds and criminals, prisoners,
diamond traders, a heist gang, and the City diarist, Samuel Pepys.
